Fully licensed and billable to insurance. Osteopathy is a whole body approach to healing. We use a gentle hands-on approach, utilizing several different tools. Osteoarticular and Fascial release techniques help to address bones, muscles and joints. We use Visceral Manipulation to address organs and their connection to the rest of the structure and Cranio-sacral to address the nervous system, spinal cord and skull. We are trained to find the root cause vs. just treating the symptoms.

Reiki address the energetic system of the chakra's and we work together to heal any blockages in the following area's of root, sacral plexus, solar plexus, heart, throat and head. We also address past trauma's within the body and injuries both old and new. This is a very relaxing hands on treatment that address's the deeper level of pain, discomfort and stagnancy in the body.

Private classes in person or virtual will cater to your unique needs. ie. rehabilitation, stress management, injury prevention, mobility. I use my skills as an Manual Osteopath to assess where dysfunction is in the body and we work together to create an equal plan of both stretching and strengthening based on your bodies needs. Each class is tailored to your body based on your goals that we create together. These sessions are in-person at my home studio with all necessary equipment provided.
